We work closely with building Owners, Surveyors and Tenants to carry out everything from minor repairs to complete building refurbishment including roof & cladding upgrade or replacement, floor cleaning treatment and re-coating, and complete strip-out to get the building back to pre-let condition. We can also carry out surveys and provide detailed reports on building condition including drone surveys where required.
